We identify land with realistic development potential, agree fair terms directly with the landowner, and take on the cost and risk of securing planning permission ourselves. Once consent is secured, the land is sold on the open market to housebuilders and developers, and the landowner shares in the increase in value.
You pay nothing upfront, and nothing at all unless your land sells with the benefit of planning permission.
