What We Do
Land promotion, done properly
Securing planning permission is slow, technical and costly work, and most landowners reasonably prefer not to take it on. That work is what we do. We don’t buy land, and we don’t build on it. We agree terms with the landowner first; from then on, the work and the cost are ours.
You carry no financial risk: nothing is paid upfront, and nothing is owed if permission isn’t secured.
