Will I have to pay anything?
No. You carry no financial risk: we fund the work ourselves, typically through an option agreement, so nothing is paid upfront and nothing is owed if permission isn't secured.
Can I keep farming or leasing the land?
Yes, for as long as the process takes.
How long does it take?
Planning is rarely quick. Most promotions are measured in years, which is why we're selective about the land we take on.
Should I take my own advice?
Yes. We'd encourage it, before anything is signed.
What if my land isn't suitable?
We'll say so plainly, and there's no cost for having asked.
